The Challenge
Parts on Demand engaged with AMFG to enhance their capabilities for receiving customer requests through all channels (website, email and telephone) and translate into comprehensive, accurate quotations. While Parts on Demand had already been making use of a different platform for receiving online requests, the decision was made to explore AMFG’s full range of capabilities.

The Solution
To ensure the platform would be set up in a way that suited Parts on Demand’s specific requirements, the AMFG team conducted an intensive conversation to make sure that the project goals had been established and clearly communicated. Once this stage had been concluded, AMFG was set up to make the process of receiving quotations and placing orders as smooth as possible for customers. This included the implementation of a tailored dashboards for both customers and Parts on Demand’s own teams. This would lead to a more efficient workflow, with minimal administrative or manual tasks required.
The Results
During the set-up process, AMFG was fully integrated with Parts on Demand’s own IT systems, including their ERP system. This further enhanced the automation and streamlining of the quotation/ordering process and allowed requests to be managed consistently, regardless of which channel they were received through.
