AMbelievable™ is an Italian 3D printing startup that created the world's first 3D printed tennis racket shock absorber. The product is printed on a selective laser sintering machine using 100% recyclable durable elastic polyurethane (TPU). Currently, AMbelievable™ only offers a universal model, but hopes to offer fully customisable shock absorbers in the near future. It is the lightest tennis racket dampener worldwide. The product has been designed using complex geometries, only made possible through the avenue of 3D printing. With the design having a patent pending, 3D printing techniques have contributed to finely controlled material architecture, a complex interplay of topology, material distribution, and material.
