OrthoVoxel, founded in 2022 by CEO Daniel Robert and his colleague Adam Berthoud, both orthoprosthetists, is revolutionizing the field of orthopedic prosthetics and orthotics. Additionally, powder sintering technologies like MJF and SLS are employed to achieve high-end finishes, while semi-flexible materials such as polyurethane are used for their unique properties. The manufacturing process at OrthoVoxel has evolved into a fully digital approach. Measurements are captured directly using 3D scanners, followed by the use of advanced modeling software to design the devices.
